Job summary

Softthink Solutions in Reston, VA seeks an experienced Business Architect to define and govern the marketing architecture across platforms and data domains. You will translate strategy into roadmaps, collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Technology, and Data teams, and drive agile, product-based delivery within marketing programs.

You will lead process modeling, capability mapping, and governance while ensuring speed-to-market and scalable operations across campaigns and digital experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business architecture or marketing technology.
• Experience with agile or scrum environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder skills.
• Experience with enterprise process repositories preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing, Digital, Technology, and Data teams to define marketing architecture.
• Translate strategy and requirements into architectural roadmaps and designs.
• Govern marketing platforms and applications (CMS, Martech, analytics, CRM, AI solutions).
• Maintain marketing frameworks and policies aligned with enterprise principles.
• Collaborate with support, engineering, and delivery teams.
• Report progress, risks, blockers, and scope changes.
• Manage multiple workstreams and priorities across marketing initiatives.
• Balance resource allocations across programs.
• Lead process analysis and optimization for marketing ops and campaigns.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve speed-to-market and governance.
• Drive adoption of agile and product-based delivery models.
