EY is seeking a client‑facing Life Sciences Manufacturing Manager to lead technology‑enabled transformation workstreams that improve plant performance, quality, compliance, and supply reliability in regulated environments.

You will coordinate MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA and related platforms, translating plant‑floor needs into actionable requirements and delivering end‑to‑end value with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, information systems, business, or related.
7+ years of Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing technology, operational excellence, industrial data and AI, technology consulting, or related field.
Experience leading a client-facing manufacturing, digital, data, or technology workstream through design and at least one implementation or deployment phase.
Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical-device or regulated manufacturing environments.
Translating manufacturing needs into process, data, integration, or testing deliverables across business and technical contributors.
Understanding of GxP, data integrity, change-control, quality in digital solutions.
Ability to travel as needed (80-100%).

Responsabilités

Lead client-facing Life Sciences manufacturing transformation workstreams with ownership of plans, deliverables, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
Assess current-state production and quality processes, data flows, and site constraints through workshops and data analysis.
Translate priorities into process designs, requirements, acceptance criteria, and measurable improvements.
Develop functional designs for batch execution, electronic batch records, recipe management, genealogy, and connected-worker workflows.
Coordinate integration requirements across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA, DCS/PLC, and cloud/edge platforms.
Define data mappings and master-data needs for reporting, analytics, and AI use cases.
Help deliver analytics and AI use cases by assessing data readiness and workflow fit.
Ensure quality, validation, and compliance in workstream deliverables (GxP, data integrity, change control).
Oversee configuration activities, testing, deployment, training, and handover for your workstream.
Facilitate cross-functional sessions, escalate dependencies, and support program planning and value realization.
Coach junior team members and capture reusable design patterns and lessons learned.
