EY is seeking a Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead technology-enabled transformations for Life Sciences clients. You will drive improvements in plant performance, quality, and reliability by translating plant-floor needs into actionable requirements and measurable designs.

This techno-functional role coordinates MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, and QMS integrations, guiding teams through design, testing, deployment, and handover while ensuring GxP and data integrity.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, or related field.
• 7+ years of Life Sciences manufacturing or related experience.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams through design and deployment.
• Experience in regulated environments (GxP) and data integrity.

Mansioni

• Lead client-facing Life Sciences manufacturing transformation workstreams with clear ownership of plans and outcomes.
• Assess current-state production, quality processes, data flows, and site constraints through workshops and data analysis.
• Translate priorities into designs, requirements, criteria, and measurable improvements.
• Develop designs for batch execution, electronic batch records, genealogy, and connected-worker workflows.
• Coordinate MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS interfaces and data-quality controls.
• Lead data mappings, master-data needs, and reporting/AI use case readiness.
• Support analytics and AI use cases with data readiness and operational fit.
• Ensure GxP/compliance, validation, and change-control in workstream deliverables.
• Oversee testing, deployment readiness, training, cutover, hypercare, and handover.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions and manage scope, schedule, and risks.
• Mentor junior team members and capture reusable design patterns.
