The role emphasizes delivering analytics and AI use cases, ensuring compliance with GxP, data integrity, and validation while driving improvements in yield, throughput, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, or related field.
• 7+ years in Life Sciences manufacturing or related area.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams through design and deployment.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (pharma/biotech/medical devices).
• Translate needs into process, data, and testing deliverables and coordinate teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing workstreams in Life Sciences manufacturing transformation.
• Assess current-state production and quality processes and data flows.
• Translate priorities into functional designs, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop designs for batch execution, electronic batch records, study management, and related workflows.
• Coordinate integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, and OT/IT systems.
• Define data mappings, master data needs, and data-quality controls for reporting and AI use cases.
• Support analytics and AI use cases with data readiness and workflow fit assessments.
• Work with quality and validation teams to reflect GxP and data integrity requirements.
• Oversee configuration, testing, deployment readiness, training, and handover.
• Facilitate sessions across cross-functional teams and manage scope, schedule, and risks.
• Coach junior team members and capture reusable design patterns.
