Zusammenfassung

EY is seeking a Manager in Life Sciences Manufacturing to lead technology-enabled transformation workstreams that boost plant performance, quality, and supply reliability. You will translate plant-floor needs into actionable requirements and coordinate experts across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, and QA systems in regulated environments.

You will guide end-to-end delivery from assessment through design, testing, adoption, and stabilization, while aligning with GxP, data integrity, and validation practices

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of Life Sciences manufacturing or related experience.
Experience leading client-facing workstreams through design and deployment.
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (pharma/biotech/medical devices).

Aufgaben

Lead client-facing life sciences manufacturing transformation workstreams.
Assess current-state production, quality processes, data flows.
Translate priorities into process designs, requirements, and tests.
Develop functional designs for batch execution, eBR, genealogy.
Coordinate MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, and QMS integration across systems.
Oversee testing, deployment readiness, training, and handover.
Facilitate cross-functional sessions across multiple domains.
