Job summary

EY seeks a Client-facing Life Sciences manufacturing Manager to lead technology-enabled transformation workstreams improving plant performance, quality, compliance, and supply reliability in regulated environments.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, and data platforms, translating plant-floor needs into actionable requirements and driving analytics and AI use cases with senior engagement leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in Life Sciences manufacturing or related fields.
• Experience leading client-facing manufacturing or digital workstreams.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing workstreams for transformative manufacturing projects.
• Translate plant needs into functional designs and requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS and QMS.
• Ensure quality, validation and data-integrity considerations are addressed.
