EY seeks a Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead life sciences transformation workstreams. You will align plant operations with digital solutions, analytics, and AI use cases, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, and QMS platforms.

You will drive design, validation, and deployment while maintaining GxP compliance and risk-based assurance in a regulated environment. Travel will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a closely related field.
• At least 7 years in Life Sciences manufacturing or related technology.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams through design and deployment.
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma/biotech/medical devices).
• Ability to translate needs into process and data deliverables.
• GxP, data integrity, and validation considerations understood.

Responsabilités

• Lead client-facing workstreams for life sciences manufacturing transformations.
• Assess current-state processes, data flows, and site constraints.
• Translate priorities into designs, acceptance criteria, and improvements.
• Develop functional designs for batch execution, genealogy, and EB records.
• Coordinate integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, and more.
• Define data mappings and quality controls for reporting and AI use cases.
• Support analytics and AI use cases with data readiness and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate validation, change control, and quality assurance in deliverables.
• Oversee testing, deployment readiness, training, and handover.
