Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead technology-enabled transformations for Life Sciences manufacturers. You will connect plant operations with enterprise systems, guide cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable results in regulated environments.

You will design and implement manufacturing execution, automation, data models, and analytics while maintaining governance, quality, and client relationships. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, or related field.
• 10+ years of Life Sciences manufacturing or related experience.
• Experience leading complex, regulated transformation programs.
• Proven client-facing delivery with governance and risk management.
• Ability to travel up to 80-100% as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Life Sciences manufacturing transformations across multiple domains.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and drive governance.
• Translate priorities into practical workplans and measures.
• Direct cross-discipline teams in design, automation, data, and QA.
• Design batch/discrete execution, eDHRs, recipes, and routings.
• Integrate MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, and OT/IT platforms.
• Establish data foundations with governance and metadata lineage.
• Shape analytics and AI use cases with value and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with validation teams on GxP controls and data integrity.
