Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead technology-enabled transformation for Life Sciences clients. You will drive plant-performance improvements, quality, compliance, and supply continuity while translating plant needs into actionable requirements and measurable outcomes.

The role blends practical manufacturing knowledge with digital, data, AI, and delivery skills in regulated environments, with extensive client interaction and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or life sciences or related field.
• 7+ years in Life Sciences manufacturing or related technology roles.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams through design and deployment.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (GxP).

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing workstreams in Life Sciences manufacturing transformation with clear ownership.
• Assess current-state production, quality, data flows, and site constraints.
• Translate priorities into process designs, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop functional designs for batch execution, eBR, genealogy, and related tools.
• Coordinate integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, and OT systems.
• Define data mappings and data-quality controls for reporting and analytics.
• Support analytics and AI use cases by assessing data readiness and workflow fit.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, data integrity, and validation requirements.
• Oversee testing, deployment readiness, training, and handover for the workstream.
• Facilitate sessions across cross-functional teams and manage risks and scope.
• Mentor junior team members and capture reusable design patterns.
