EY is recruiting a Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing for Life Sciences clients. You will lead technology-enabled transformation workstreams to improve plant performance, quality, compliance, and supply reliability in regulated environments.

You will coordinate across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, and OT/IT teams, translating plant-floor needs into actionable requirements and measurable improvements. Travel will be substantial as needed.

• Practical understanding of Life Sciences manufacturing and integrations.
• Ability to translate operational problems into workflows and requirements.
• Strong workshop facilitation, client communication, and delivery risk management.

Responsabilités

• Lead client-facing workstreams in Life Sciences manufacturing transformation with clear ownership of plans and outcomes.
• Assess current-state production and quality processes through workshops and data analysis.
• Translate priorities into process designs, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop functional designs for batch execution, electronic batch records, recipe management, and genealogy.
• Coordinate integration requirements across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA, DCS/PLC and cloud/edge platforms.
• Define data mappings, master-data needs, interface specs, and data-quality controls for reporting and AI use cases.
• Support analytics and AI use cases by assessing data readiness and workflow fit.
• Work with quality and validation teams to reflect GxP, data integrity, and validation requirements in deliverables.
• Oversee configuration activities, testing, deployment readiness, and handover for the workstream.
