Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead technology-enabled transformation for Life Sciences. You will guide cross-functional teams across manufacturing, quality, IT, and data disciplines, turning plant-floor needs into implementable requirements.

This techno-functional role requires the ability to translate operations problems into design artifacts, manage risks, and drive progress through design, testing, and handover, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, information systems, business, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing technology, or related experience.
• Experience leading a client-facing workstream through design and deployment phases.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (pharma/biotech/medical devices).
• Ability to translate needs into process, data, and testing deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing workstreams in Life Sciences manufacturing transformation with clear ownership of plans, deliverables, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
• Assess current-state production and quality processes, data flows, and site constraints to identify improvements.
• Translate priorities into functional designs, requirements, acceptance criteria, and measurable improvements.
• Coordinate integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, and OT/IT systems.
