Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead transformation programs for Life Sciences manufacturers, connecting plant operations with enterprise systems.

You will shape and deliver end-to-end manufacturing transformations, leveraging data, AI, automation, and validated processes within regulated environments, while partnering with quality, validation, and client stakeholders to achieve measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, information systems, business, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing technology, operational excellence, AI, or related field.
• Experience leading complex manufacturing transformation or technology-enabled improvement initiatives in pharma/biotech/medical-device environments.
• Experience delivering client-facing programs through design, implementation, deployment, and stabilization with governance, resources, quality, financial performance, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Life Sciences manufacturing transformations from assessment through value realization.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders; establish governance and drive decisions.
• Translate priorities into practical workplans and outcome measures.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across manufacturing design, MES/MOM, automation, data, AI, and quality.
• Lead design for batch and discrete execution, eDHRs, recipes, genealogy, quality workflows, and plant performance management.
• Guide integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, and OT/IT platforms.
• Establish data foundations with models, metadata, lineage, governance, and secure connectivity.
• Shape analytics and AI use cases; assess value, data readiness, and risks before scaling.
• Partner with quality and validation teams to ensure GxP controls and data integrity in delivery plans.
