Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager for Supply Chain Manufacturing in the Life Sciences sector. You will lead transformations connecting plant operations with enterprise systems, driving value through design, deployment, and stabilization in regulated environments.

The role demands techno-functional leadership, deep manufacturing data knowledge, and ability to manage cross-functional teams across QA, engineering, and IT/OT. Travel up to 80-100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing or related discipline.
• Experience leading complex regulated manufacturing transformations in Life Sciences.
• Proven ability to deliver client-facing programs with governance, resources and risk.
• Travel willingness up to 80-100% as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Life Sciences manufacturing transformations from assessment to value realization.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across manufacturing, quality, IT/OT, and engineering.
• Translate priorities into practical workplans and measurable outcomes.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across design, automation, data, and quality.
• Shape integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, and OT systems.
• Establish data foundations with models, master data, metadata, and governance.
