EY is seeking a Client-facing Life Sciences manufacturing Manager to lead technology-enabled transformation. You'll direct workstreams across plant performance, quality, and supply continuity, turning operational needs into verifiable solutions in regulated environments.

The role blends manufacturing knowledge with digital, AI, and delivery skills, coordinating with MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, and QMS systems while ensuring GxP and data-integrity compliance. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• At least 7 years in Life Sciences manufacturing or related area.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams through design and deployment.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (GxP).
• Ability to travel 80-100% as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client-facing workstreams in Life Sciences manufacturing transformation with clear ownership of plans and outcomes.
• Assess current-state production, quality processes, data flows, and site constraints.
• Translate priorities into process designs, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop functional designs for batch execution, genealogy, and electronic batch records.
• Coordinate integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, and OT systems.
• Define data mappings and data-quality controls for reporting and AI use cases.
• Support analytics and AI use cases with data readiness and evaluation criteria.
• Ensure regulatory alignment with GxP, data integrity, and validation requirements.
• Oversee testing, deployment readiness, training, and cutover support.
