EY seeks a Client-facing Life Sciences Manufacturing Manager in the United States to lead technology-enabled transformation across plant performance, quality, and supply reliability. You will guide workstreams from assessment through design, implementation, testing, and stabilization in regulated environments.

This techno-functional role requires coordinating MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, and OT systems, with strong data and AI awareness to drive measurable improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, information systems, business, or related.
• At least 7 years of Life Sciences manufacturing or related experience.
• Experience leading a client-facing manufacturing or tech workstream through design and deployment.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical-device regulated environments.
• Ability to translate manufacturing needs into process, data, or testing deliverables.
• GxP, data integrity, change-control and validation awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client-facing workstreams in Life Sciences manufacturing transformation with ownership of plans, risks, and outcomes.
• Assess current-state production and quality processes, data flows, and gaps via workshops and data analysis.
• Translate priorities into process designs, requirements, acceptance criteria, and measurable improvements.
• Develop functional designs for batch execution, electronic batch records, genealogy, and connected-worker tools.
• Coordinate integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA, DCS/PLC, and cloud/edge platforms.
• Define and review data mappings, master-data needs, and interface specifications for analytics and AI.
• Help deliver analytics and AI use cases by assessing data readiness and workflow fit.
• Ensure GxP, data integrity, change-control in workstream deliverables.
• Oversee configuration, testing, deployment readiness, training, cutover, and handover.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions; manage scope, schedule, risks, and follow-on opportunities.
• Coach junior team members and capture reusable design patterns.
