Job summary

EY seeks a Client-facing Life Sciences Manufacturing Manager to lead transformation workstreams that improve plant performance, quality, compliance, and supply reliability. You will apply manufacturing know-how with digital, data, AI, and delivery skills to turn operational needs into scalable solutions in regulated environments.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, and automation to design, implement, and validate improvements, while navigating GxP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, information systems, business or related.
• At least 7 years of relevant Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing technology, or technology consulting experience.
• Experience leading client-facing manufacturing, digital, data, or technology workstreams through design and at least one deployment.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical-device or regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Life Sciences manufacturing transformation workstreams with clear plans, deliverables, risks, and outcomes.
• Assess current-state processes, data flows, and systems; translate into actionable requirements and testable acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA, DCS/PLC and cloud/edge integrations with specialists.
• Develop functional designs for batch execution, genealogy, electronic batch records, and connected-worker tools.
• Support validation, change control, data-integrity, and GxP compliance across workstreams.
• Oversee testing, deployment readiness, training, cutover, hypercare, and handover; manage scope, schedule, and risks.
