EY is seeking a Client-facing Life Sciences Manufacturing Manager to lead technology-enabled transformation across pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical-device programs. You will drive end-to-end workstreams from assessment through design, implementation, testing and stabilization, partnering with senior leaders to turn plant-floor needs into measurable improvements.

In this role you’ll orchestrate cross-functional teams across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS and OT/IT data flows, ensuring GxP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences or related discipline.
• 7+ years in Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing tech or related field.
• Experience leading client-facing manufacturing or digital workstreams.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (pharma/biotech/devices).
• Ability to translate needs into design, data, and testing deliverables.
• GxP manufacturing understanding and data-integrity considerations.
• Travel 80-100% as required.

Responsabilités

• Lead client-facing workstreams in Life Sciences manufacturing transformation with ownership of plans and outcomes.
• Assess current-state production/quality processes, data flows and site constraints.
• Translate priorities into process designs, requirements, acceptance criteria and measurable improvements.
• Develop functional designs for batch execution, electronic batch records and related capabilities.
• Coordinate integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA and OT/IT platforms.
• Ensure data mappings, master-data needs and data-quality controls for reporting and AI use cases.
• Deliver analytics/AI use cases with proper oversight and validation readiness.
• Oversee testing, training, cutover, hypercare and handover for the workstream.
