Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to support a life sciences client at a Indiana site. This role focuses on coordinating maintenance work, developing schedules, and ensuring tasks are completed with minimal disruption.

You will partner with operations, facilities, and contractors, maintain records in CMMS, and communicate priorities and timelines. The position is Monday–Friday day shift.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of job-related experience or equivalent combination.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules for planned preventive and corrective activities across the site.
• Coordinate work across internal teams to minimize disruption.
• Serve as central contact for planning and scheduling, aligning priorities and resources.
• Partner with operations, facilities, and business groups to mitigate conflicts and timing issues.
• Facilitate communication between maintenance teams, contractors, and client representatives.
• Assist with resource planning, labor coordination, and workload balancing.
• Deliver proactive client service through communication and strong organization.
• Prioritize requests and adjust schedules as business needs evolve in a fast-paced life sciences environment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the CMMS and other systems.
