CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Technical Maintenance Engineer to support a life sciences client. This Monday–Friday day-shift role blends facility coordination and hands-on project execution to ensure a safe, reliable environment that supports scientific work.

You will coordinate maintenance, oversee contractors, manage safety documentation, and help track project budgets in a fast-paced life sciences setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school with 4–5 years of job-related experience.
• Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate facility maintenance, repair, and modification projects, ensuring work is planned and executed safely, efficiently, and with minimal operational disruption.
• Manage small-scale facility projects, including renovations, equipment installations, space modifications, and infrastructure improvements that fall outside of capital projects.
• Serve as the primary liaison between operations, engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee contractor activities, including scheduling, safety compliance, work quality, and adherence to site requirements.
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation, work permits, project records, and related compliance paperwork.
• Track project budgets, invoices, and financial performance while supporting cost control and reporting efforts.
• Support facility improvements and maintenance initiatives by coordinating resources, managing timelines, and driving projects from planning through completion.
