Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Planner to own weekly scheduling for a busy, multi‑system site. You will coordinate with technicians, contractors, and a Reliability Asset Engineer, managing backlogs and parts readiness.

The role requires adapting to harvest season, 24/7 coverage during peak times, and close collaboration with Site Supervisors. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of planning experience, CMMS familiarity, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2–3 years of maintenance planning experience.
• Experience with CMMS platforms and work-order lifecycles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to translate maintenance data into scheduling decisions.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly planning and scheduling; assign work orders by priority and availability.
• Manage the maintenance backlog and prep scopes prior to work on the floor.
• Coordinate job prep, materials, permits, tool staging, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with Reliability Asset Engineer on PM programs and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractor engagement with Site Supervisor; review PM/PdM data.
• Provide regular reporting to site and CBRE management; support shutdown planning.
• Assist harvest-season planning with adjusted scheduling and 24/7 coverage.
