CBRE is seeking a Technical Maintenance Engineer to support a life sciences client on a Monday–Friday day shift. You will coordinate maintenance, support facility modifications and small construction projects, and oversee contractors to ensure safe, efficient operations that enable scientific work.

You will act as the bridge between operations and project execution, manage safety docs, and track budgets, contributing to site improvements and infrastructure enhancements outside major capital

Qualificações

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4‑5 years of job‑related experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Meet the physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, stairs/ladders, lifting 50 lbs+.
• Ability to analyze information and exercise judgment.
• Willingness to adopt new perspectives on existing solutions.
• Organizational skills with advanced inquisitiveness.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate facility maintenance, repair, and modification projects with safe planning and minimal disruption.
• Manage small‑scale facility projects outside large capital programs.
• Serve as the liaison between operations, engineering, contractors, and stakeholders for project delivery.
• Oversee contractor activities including scheduling, safety, quality, and site requirements.
• Prepare and maintain safety docs, permits, project records, and compliance paperwork.
• Track project budgets, invoices, and financial performance; support cost control and reporting.
• Coordinate resources, timelines, and drive projects from planning through completion.
