• Bachelor’s Degree in related field; or High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience.

• Strong computer skills including internet navigation and email usage; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure business systems; perform upgrades and improvements for low complexity applications.
• Estimate impact of changes; analyze and test system modifications.
• Guide workflow design; test system changes; address technical issues.
• Create and maintain technical and system documentation; participate in code reviews.
