Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Technical Supervisor to lead a facilities management team serving a key life sciences client site.

You will oversee workload, plan and coordinate daily activities, and ensure safe, compliant, high-quality service delivery. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 5–8 years of related experience, prior supervisory experience, CMMS knowledge, safety training, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5–8 years of related experience.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Facilities maintenance with safety training; CMMS experience required.
• HVAC experience is a plus.
• Strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Forecast workload demand and project deliverables with technical business leaders and managers.
• Plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee daily workload of the support team.
• Resolve conflicting priorities with business leaders.
• Coordinate and supervise the team's daily activities.
• Develop new methods to improve departmental objectives and efficiency.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Communicate complex ideas effectively to multi-disciplinary teams.
