Job summary

The role sits in Engineering and Technical Services and focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs, and support for equipment and systems. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, manage training, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering reliable service to clients and occupants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience staffing, training, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance.
• Ability to convey sensitive information, set expectations, and solve problems.
• Leadership to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate daily activities; establish schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Manage training requirements including skill assessments and scenario training.
• Communicate with clients and occupants to ensure satisfaction and expand contract scope.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements; prepare audit documents.
• Maintain metrics and reports on maintenance performance for Site Manager.
• Lead meetings with partners to prioritize work orders and downtime windows.
• Model CBRE RISE values and influence stakeholders to reach agreements.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
