Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Delran, NJ is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee GMP manufacturing facilities, with a focus on HVAC, cleanroom environments and utilities. You will ensure environmental controls, regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement across facilities.

The role requires hands-on technical MEP expertise, strong communication skills, and collaboration with client teams to manage budgets, reporting and vendor performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years industry experience in facilities management or related field.
• Hands-on technical proficiency in HVAC, building automation systems, and utilities (MEP) management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to present data to leadership.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS SharePoint.
• Computer proficiency in CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Support the Area Manager in implementing short and long-term client projects.
• Develop and implement programs to reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual client reporting.
• Manage capital and expense budgets in collaboration with client representatives.
• Develop and implement programs to reduce costs and improve productivity with Facility Management Lead.
• Assist in implementing the annual management plan for buildings in the area.
• Supervise vendor performance during normal and off hours, including weekends.
• Matrix-manage technical and administrative staff.
• Oversee multiple facilities of different functions.
