Job summary
Capgemini is seeking a Go-To-Market Leader for Data Analytics in Life Sciences to shape growth across R&D, Clinical, Commercial and Supply Chain. Qualifications
- 15+ years of consulting, technology sales, business development, or go-to-market leadership.
- Significant Life Sciences industry experience (Pharma, Biotech, MedTech, or Healthcare).
- Proven success in building pipeline and closing large Data & AI, Analytics, Cloud, and AI transformation engagements (typically $1M+).
- Strong knowledge of Life Sciences processes and regulatory frameworks (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA).
- Experience selling across Data & Analytics, Cloud, AI, Generative AI, and related solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute Life Sciences Data & AI growth strategy across functions.
- Develop differentiated offerings leveraging Data & AI, Generative AI, and Cloud Modernization.
- Own the full sales lifecycle from pipeline to deal closure.
- Lead strategic pursuits, RFP/RFI responses, and executive presentations.
- Mentor client-facing teams on Life Sciences Data & AI trends.
- Represent Capgemini at conferences, partner events, client forums, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Build strategic partnerships and co-sell motions with cloud hyperscalers and technology vendors.
