Job summary

Openkrill is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Manager to coordinate a specialist consulting work package within a global pharmaceutical CRM transformation. You will own delivery planning, reporting, resource coordination, and financial control, enabling senior specialists to focus on design quality and business decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in project or delivery management, 2+ years in life sciences digital programs, and experience with multi-market Veeva CRM programs

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project or delivery management.
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical or life sciences digital programs.
• Experience managing a client-facing work package.
• Experience in multi-market Veeva CRM programs and Salesforce-based transitions.
• Proven budget, forecasting, and change control experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery plan, resource calendar, milestones, dependencies, and governance.
• Coordinate teams across markets/time zones (client, consulting, supplier).
• Prepare weekly status updates, forecasts, risks, actions, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
