Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in life sciences construction management, with projects of $30M+, ideally with design/build experience.
• Strong work ethic and ability to supervise employees effectively.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift objects of at least 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination of construction tasks.
• Implement health and safety project plans on-site.
• Supervise subcontractors, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
