Clayco is a full-service real estate development and construction firm seeking a Quality Manager for Life Sciences/Biotech/Pharmaceuticals projects. You will oversee the Quality Control program, manage documentation, and coordinate inspection teams across projects nationwide.

Travel is required; you will work with project managers and superintendents to drive quality, ensure conformance to standards, and report progress to executive leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–15 years of progressive construction experience with increasing responsibility.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to walk a job site and climb ladders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, document, and track preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections.
• Chair, plan and schedule weekly QC meetings with the superintendent and provide written reports.
• Collaborate with project team to develop and establish the Quality Program.
• Provide status updates to executive management with recommendations for quality improvements.
• Manage and support quality teams in implementing the quality program.
• Assist with testing and commissioning of building systems and review results.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with Site Specific Safety Plan and perform safety audits.
