Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 10+ years of experience managing facility construction in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Healthcare industries.
• Experience in life sciences and design-build industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the site safety and logistics plans.
• Manage the project schedule.
• Oversee the work of vendors and subcontractors.
• Schedule and manage subcontractors.

Skills

10+ years of experience managing facility construction in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Healthcare industries

Procore experience

Primavera or equivalent scheduling software experience

Strong communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects
