Job summary

The Civi Group LLC is hiring a Project Superintendent with life sciences experience to lead earthwork, installations, and construction activities in Medford, MA. You will supervise field personnel, ensure schedule Adherence, and manage safety, quality, and documentation on medium to large-scale life science projects.

Responsibilities include interpreting life science drawings, controlling costs, coordinating punch lists, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of superintendent experience in life sciences environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations for life sciences.
• Experience in scheduling, material ordering, field supervision, safety, quality control, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed work sequence and plan to utilize crews efficiently, with attention to cleanroom requirements.
• Read and interpret complex project drawings and specifications for life science facilities.
• Monitor production, resources, and costs to maintain margins per budget and compliance.
• Conduct project close-out with punch lists, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.
• Ensure adherence to safety practices, particularly in life science environments.
