Job summary

IPS-Integrated Project Services seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead pharmaceutical construction projects on-site in Ridgefield, NJ. You will guide engineering, construction management, and superintendent teams to deliver safely, on time, and within budget.

You will report to the Project Director and collaborate across disciplines to meet project goals. The role requires 5–15 years in pharmaceutical delivery, a construction management degree or equivalent, and a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• 5-15 years of experience delivering pharmaceutical construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or an equivalent technical degree.
• Demonstrated strong safety, quality, and client engagement focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractual requirements, project specs, and design drawings.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, procurement, billing, and cash flow forecasting.
• Conduct progress measurement, earned value analysis, scheduling updates, and change management reporting.
• Prepare project documentation including meeting minutes, monthly reports, and payment applications.
• Oversee contract administration, punch lists, warranty review, and as-built documentation.
• Monitor resources and communicate expectations across the team.
• Track and report project costs to align with budgets and field conditions.
• Build and maintain client relationships and participate in schedule, safety, and quality oversight.
• Collaborate with Project Services on cost management and safe project execution.
