Job summary

IPS Integrated Project Services is seeking a Construction Superintendent (Pharma) for our Somerset, NJ project site in Ridgefield, NJ. You will lead site activities, coordinate trades, and support leadership to ensure schedule, safety, and quality on pharmaceutical construction programs.

The role requires 7+ years as a Superintendent, with pharma or food & beverage project experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical or food and bev manufacturing construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or a related discipline, or an equivalent technical degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead specific construction site activities and manage field operations.
• Support Project Director/Manager/Senior Superintendent in overseeing progress and subcontractor manpower.
• Coordinate safety, schedule, and budget for assigned trades.
• Facilitate communication among subcontractors and clients.
