IPS - Integrated Project Services, LLC in Cary, NC seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead construction projects on site. You will work with the Project Director and Senior Project Manager to guide engineering, construction management, and superintendent teams toward on-time, on-budget project delivery.

The role requires a strong construction background, unwavering commitment to safety and quality, and a focus on client engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
10+ years of experience in Project Delivery or related discipline.
Demonstrate significant industry knowledge and delivery excellence.

Responsabilités

Coordinate contractual requirements, project specs, and drawings.
Manage subcontractor/vendor relationships, procurement, billing, and cash flow projections.
Conduct progress measurement, EV analysis, schedule updates, and change reporting.
Prepare project documentation including minutes, reports, and payment applications.
Oversee contract administration, punch lists, warranty review, and as-built docs.
Monitor resources, scopes of work, and communicate expectations across teams.
Track and report project costs to align with budgets and field conditions.
Build and maintain client relationships and ensure safety/quality oversight.
Collaborate with Project Services on cost management and field execution safety.
