IPS-Integrated Project Services seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee complex facilities projects. Based in Blue Bell, PA, you will manage site activities, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related fields and 7+ years of delivery experience across life sciences, pharma, biotech, and manufacturing environments. Travel and onsite work are expected.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related discipline is required.
7+ years of experience in construction project delivery.
Experience managing construction of technically complex facilities (life sciences, pharma, biotech, manufacturing, labs, cleanrooms).

Mansioni

Coordinate contractual requirements, project specifications, and design drawings.
Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, procurement, billing, and cash flow projections.
Conduct progress measurement, earned value analysis, schedule updates, and change management reporting.
Prepare project documentation, including meeting minutes, monthly reports, and applications for payment.
Oversee contract administration, punch lists, warranty review, and as-built documentation.
Monitor project resources, maintain scopes of work, and communicate expectations across the team.
