Job summary

IPS is seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our Somerset, NJ team, overseeing pharmaceutical facility construction site activities for the New Brunswick, NJ project site. The role requires coordinating trades, managing field operations, and supporting project leadership with schedule, budget, and documentation.

Flexibility for shifts and travel to client sites is required. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in pharma facility or lab construction and a Bachelor's degree in construction

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Pharma Facility or Lab Construction Project Delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmaceutical facility construction site activities and supervise trades.
• Coordinate with the Project Director, Project Manager and Senior Superintendent on progress and manpower.
• Ensure safety, schedule compliance, and adherence to contract documents.
• Support change control documentation and related financial documentation.
• Participate in constructability reviews of design documents.
• Assist in procurement and coordination of required resources.
