Verista is seeking a Head of Service Line to own a core offering in CSV/CSA, QMS services, and related GMP-regulated solutions. You will lead a team of Delivery Directors, coordinate with client services, sales, and ELT, and drive revenue, margins, and strategic account expansion.

You will guide delivery methodologies, ensure policy conformance, and push for scalable, managed services with a focus on customer value and industry leadership in life sciences.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or technical field, GMP exposure preferred.
• 15+ years in GMP-regulated environments with service line leadership.
• 10+ years in professional services and consulting.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ISPE guidelines and ISO standards.

Responsabilidades

• Define service line offerings and delivery leadership coverage.
• Own Go-To-Market strategy alongside cross-functional teams.
• Define and manage annual P&L for the service line.
• Lead Delivery Directors and drive project delivery for pharma/biotech.
