Verista, Inc. is seeking a Head of Service Line to lead one core service offering within a matrixed life sciences services organization. You will drive service strategy, collaborate with Client Services, Delivery, Sales and ELT, and manage the annual P&L to achieve revenue and EBITDA targets.

The role requires extensive GMP/regulatory experience, leadership of a large delivery team, and strong customer relations skills. Domestic travel and senior leadership responsibilities are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical (STEM) discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in GMP regulated environments with service-line project leadership.
• 10+ years in professional services and consulting.
• 7+ years in professional services business development and customer relations.

Responsabilités

• Define the service line offerings and ensure Delivery Director SME coverage.
• Own the Go-To-Market strategy with cross-functional teams to position the service line.
• Define and manage annual P&L and growth targets for the service line.
