Verista seeks a Head of Service Line to own a core service area for life sciences clients, driving growth, GTM and delivery excellence in a matrixed organization. You’ll lead sales alignment, define offerings, and manage the annual P&L while ensuring customer satisfaction and industry leadership.

The role requires 15+ years GMP experience, 10+ years in professional services, and 7+ years in business development, with strong regulatory and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in GMP regulated environments with service line project experience.
• 10+ years in professional services and consulting.
• 7+ years in business development and customer relations in life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the service line offerings and delivery coverage.
• Lead go-to-market strategy with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, ELT).
• Define and manage annual P&L and revenue/margin targets.
• Co-own strategic account planning with partners; drive growth in key accounts.
• Direct Delivery Directors to support service line objectives and execution.
• Lead technical delivery as SME; manage project leadership and staffing.
