Job summary

Verista is seeking a senior leader to head a core service line in the life sciences space. You will own service delivery, define GTM strategy, and manage growth across clients and markets.

The role requires extensive GMP/regulatory experience, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate across sales, delivery, and client services in a matrixed environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical (STEM) discipline.
• 15+ years in GMP-regulated environments with leadership of service-line projects.
• 10+ years in professional services and consulting.
• 7+ years in professional services business development and customer relations.
• Expert knowledge of FDA regulations, ISPE guidelines and ISO standards (GAMP5, GDP, ASTM-E2500, ISO 14971, ISPE risk management, ICH 8-10).

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the service line with defined SME coverage.
• Define and execute Go-To-Market strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Manage annual P&L for the service line including revenue growth and margins.
• Co-own Strategic Account Management with Client Partners and expand services in key accounts.
• Direct internal delivery leadership of Delivery Directors to meet goals.
• Deliver technical project work as SME, often as project leader/manager.
• Ensure delivery methodologies align with policy objectives and scalable growth.
• Support sales with requirements gathering, scoping, and cost estimation.
• Provide input on marketing strategies to drive growth.
