Job summary

Verista is seeking a senior leader to own a core service line, driving definition, expansion, and delivery across GMP-regulated life sciences projects. You will shape offerings, oversee SME delivery, and partner with sales to grow the customer base.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership, overseeing budgets, guiding project delivery, and ensuring compliance and quality across programs. Extensive travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical (STEM) discipline.
• 15+ years in GMP regulated environment with service line leadership.
• 10+ years in professional services and consulting.

Responsibilities

• Own and define service line offerings and ensure SME coverage.
• Lead Go-To-Market strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Define and manage annual P&L for the service line.
• Co-own strategic account management planning with partners.
• Direct internal management of Delivery Directors.
• Deliver project work as Technical Subject Matter Expert.
• Ensure delivery methodologies align with policies and standards.
• Drive growth through sales and client services collaboration.
