Verista seeks a Head of Service Line to own a core service area within our Life Sciences practice. You will lead delivery directors, shape the go-to-market strategy, and manage annual P&L while driving revenue growth across key accounts.

You will act as a technical SME on CSV/CSA, CQV, and QMS services, guiding project delivery, collaborating with sales and client services, and traveling to client sites as required to ensure exceptional client outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in technical field (STEM).
• 15+ years in GMP/regulatory life sciences.
• 10+ years of professional services experience.
• 7+ years in professional services business development and customer relations.
• Expert knowledge of FDA regulations, ISPE guidelines and ISO standards.
• Experience managing service line budgets >$5M.
• Prior supervisory experience managing 20+ people.

Responsabilidades

• Define service line offerings and ensure Delivery Director SME coverage.
• Own and align Go-To-Market strategy of the service line with cross-functional leaders.
• Define and manage annual P&L including revenue growth targets.
• Co-owner of Strategic Account Management planning with Head of Service Line.
• Direct internal management of Delivery Directors to support growth and execution objectives.
• Execute technical project work as SME and project leader.
• Ensure delivery methodologies evolve toward scalable managed services.
• Guide field delivery with adherence to policies and objectives.
• Lead sales support for new engagements and scope estimation.
• Provide input on marketing and growth strategies.
