Job summary

Beghou is seeking an experienced Manager to lead operations for life sciences client engagements. You will guide project delivery, manage teams, enhance data processes, and maintain client relationships to drive high-quality insights and outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring a strong pharma analytics background, coding skills, and leadership experience. The role supports a hybrid work model with a focus on collaboration, growth, and data-first solutions for health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 8 years of professional experience.
• Experience in the life sciences/pharma industry.
• Strong understanding of Pharma commercial functions: Data Management, Sales Ops, Commercial Analytics, BI/Reporting.
• Coding skills (SAS, Python, SQL) and data visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) and advanced Excel.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, leadership, and project management abilities.
• Experience as a team leader or people manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership for ongoing operations and client requests.
• Oversee and develop proposals to ensure methodological soundness and timely delivery.
• Support project execution and delivery to ensure project success.
• Build complex enhancements to reports, tools, and data processes.
• Serve as SME on industry trends and analytical best practices.
• Direct data processing and analytics teams producing dashboards and reports.
• Frequently use coding to facilitate data processing and reporting.
• Grow external client engagements and manage client relationships.
