Job summary

Beghou, a life sciences analytics leader in Evanston, IL, seeks an experienced Manager to lead client engagements, improve data processes, and manage project teams. You will drive proposals, oversee delivery, and act as a subject matter expert on industry trends and best practices.

You’ll guide global, multidisciplinary teams, grow external engagements, and balance client relationships with high-quality deliverables. A strong leadership background and pharma knowledge are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 8+ years of experience in life sciences/pharma.
Strong understanding of Pharma commercial functions: Data Management, Sales Ops, Analytics, BI/Reporting.
Coding skills (SAS, Python, SQL) and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
Proficiency with MS Office; advanced Excel skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to lead teams, manage projects, and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

Provide project leadership for ongoing operations, improvements, and client requests.
Oversee and develop proposals ensuring methodological soundness and timely delivery.
Support project execution and delivery to ensure success and budget alignment.
Plan complex enhancements to reports, online tools, and data processes.
Serve as SME on industry trends and analytics best practices.
Direct activities of data processing and analytics teams producing dashboards and reports.
