Job summary

Beghou Consulting is seeking an experienced leader to run operations for ongoing life sciences engagements in a global, collaborative environment. You will guide project delivery, improve data processes, and mentor teams across multiple client projects.

The role requires 8+ years in life sciences analytics, strong pharma function knowledge, coding skills (SAS/Python/SQL), and excellence in communication and leadership. A hybrid work model is offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree with at least 8 years of professional experience.
• Experience in the life sciences/pharma industry.
• Strong understanding of Pharma commercial functions: Data Management, Sales Ops, Commercial Analytics, BI/Reporting.
• Coding skills (SAS, Python, SQL) and data visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
• Leadership and project-management experience; team leadership preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership for ongoing operations and transitions.
• Oversee and develop proposals to ensure methodological soundness and on-time delivery.
• Support project execution and delivery to ensure success.
• Build and plan complex enhancements to reports, online tools, and data processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on industry trends and best practices.
• Direct data processing and analytics teams delivering dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
• Frequently utilize coding to facilitate data processing and reporting.
• Grow external client engagements and manage client relationships.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop new offerings and practices.
• Monitor progress, manage risk, and communicate outcomes; handle project finances and SOWs.
