Job summary

Beghou is seeking a senior data-driven leader to guide data analytics projects for life sciences clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape project scope, and drive innovation across data platforms and BI tooling. Strong communication, leadership, and Pharma analytics familiarity are essential.

You will direct analytics work, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with global teams while contributing to ARMADA data warehouse development and best practices in ETL and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, Databricks, Snowflake.
• Advanced Excel skills; strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Proficiency in SAS, Python, R, VBA and data engineering concepts; CI/CD familiarity.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with data analytics practices in the pharmaceutical sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality client deliverables.
• Provide strategic guidance on project direction, resources, and timelines.
• Define project scope with leadership and develop development strategies.
• Contribute to Beghou’s ARMADA data warehouse and related data platform components.
• Analyze data, synthesize findings, and communicate actionable insights.
• Manage client communications and timelines with minimal oversight.
• Develop and optimize data processes; apply coding to improve data handling and reporting.
• Coordinate with global teams for seamless project execution.
• Engage in business development activities to drive growth.
• Mentor junior team members and promote continuous improvement.
