Job summary

Beghou Consulting is seeking a data-driven leader to conceptualize, execute, and integrate data-driven projects within pharmaceutical and life sciences. You will guide internal stakeholders, lead project teams, and provide strategic data analytics leadership to deliver actionable insights for clinical and commercial outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with global teams, development of data processes, and mentorship of junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience in pharma or life sciences.
• Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions: Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, BI/Reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of coding languages (SAS, Python, R, VBA) and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; ability to lead teams.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management abilities.
• Familiarity with data analytics best practices in pharma.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality client deliverables.
• Provide strategic guidance on project direction, resources, and timelines.
• Collaborate with leadership to define project scope and development strategies.
• Analyze data and synthesize findings into actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
• Independently manage projects and client communications with minimal oversight.
• Develop and optimize data processes, using coding to facilitate reporting.
• Coordinate with global teams for seamless project execution.
• Engage in business development and contribute to internal growth initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and promote continuous improvement.
