Job summary

Beghou is seeking an experienced Manager, Commercial Operations & Data Management, Life Sciences to lead data-driven client engagements for pharma accounts. You will direct project teams, shape data strategies, and manage relationships to deliver high-quality insights on time and within budget.

This role requires deep experience in data management within US pharmaceuticals, strong leadership, and a collaborative mindset to coach junior teammates and grow external client engagements while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree with at least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience implementing or supporting MDM for US pharmaceuticals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and develops Data Management projects to ensure methodological soundness and timely delivery.
• Leads project teams in the design and development of Data management projects, including configuration.
• Defines project scope and development approach, conducts issue analysis, and develops hypotheses.
• Synthesizes findings and communicates results to clients and internal teams.
• Leads DM/MDM implementation projects, manages client communications, meetings, and SOWs.
