Job summary

Beghou Consulting seeks an experienced Manager to lead operations for life sciences client engagements, overseeing project leadership, team management, and data process improvements. This role requires strong industry knowledge and a hands-on approach to delivering high-quality work.

You will manage client relationships, grow external engagements, and guide cross-functional teams across global offices, with a focus on analytics, reporting, and innovative data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree required with 8+ years of professional experience.
• Experience in life sciences/pharma industry and Pharma commercial functions.
• Coding skills (SAS, Python, SQL) and data visualization (Tableau/Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership for ongoing operations and client requests, and guide transitions of new deliverables.
• Oversee proposals for methodological soundness and ensure timely, quality client services within budget.
• Lead data processing and analytics teams producing executive dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
