Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, LLC is seeking a Change Management Lead to drive adoption across construction and life sciences projects. The role focuses on developing strategies, coordinating with sponsors, and ensuring successful rollout of change initiatives onsite with clients.

You will work with project leaders to align stakeholders, craft communications, and integrate readiness assessments into project plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in change management in construction supporting life sciences, pharma, clean room, labs, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of change management strategies across construction and life sciences projects, ensuring adoption and outcomes.
• Assess people, process, and business impacts of change, partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with project leaders to identify risks, barriers to change, and mitigation strategies.
